Following our announcement last week, we're providing an overview of upcoming announcements. This document addresses immediate community questions and outlines our transition to a more robust platform architecture.
Development Approach: We're implementing a stepped release schedule to maintain network uptime while building out the full platform over the coming months. This approach allows for immediate utility while we complete the broader infrastructure. We know this is not the best practice, but as stated in previous announcements, we have not had the luxury of being able to plan from a day 1.

NEW SATORI CHAIN
Layer 1 Target Release: 4th Quarter 2025
The new Satori Chain will fork from Dash as the foundation for implementing a triple-mesh gossip protocol network. This architecture was originally planned as a private 12-month development project but has been designated as the core of Satori 2.0 to return the "Stateless Internet" concept to the community.
Technical Specifications:
- Triple-layered mesh network architecture
- Dual mining support: GPU and CPU resources (we have a few options as best use case and will let the community know what that is on the next announcement)
- Designed for AI developer integration
- Stepped layer implementation (Layer 1 first, subsequent layers to follow)

Tokenomics: A detailed breakdown of the new tokenomic structure will be published on the next or immediate after announcement.
SATORI 2.0 AI ENGINE
The new AI engine is based on our internal Cortex AI Engine. Satori 2.0 will serve as the open-source implementation of Cortex, featuring multi-variant AI capabilities. This provides the community with enterprise-grade AI infrastructure while maintaining open-source principles.

TOKEN MIGRATION STRATEGY
Snapshot Airdrops
Two snapshots will occur:
- EVR chain addresses/balances for SATORI assets
- ERC20 (Base) SATORI holdings
The distribution mechanism will include verification protocols to filter out addresses associated with known exploits. This includes restoration of tokens from previous incidents, with claimed amounts distributed based on proven ownership at the time of the snapshot.
Token Conversion Mechanism
Users will prove ownership of EVR and/or ERC20 SATORI through our verification gateway. Upon verification, SAT tokens will be distributed according to a conversion ratio (1:1 or adjusted ratio TBD).
EXCHANGE LISTINGS
The team is currently negotiating with SafeTrade to maintain listing continuity for the new token. Additional exchange outreach is planned for coming months, with focus on meeting varying listing criteria across different platforms.
ASSET LAYER IMPLEMENTATION
Since Dash doesn't natively support assets, we're implementing Raptoreum (RTM) logic for the asset layer. Given advances in UTXO technology since the original RVN/EVR asset implementation, we're conducting a complete rewrite that will enable:
- Main assets and sub-assets (confirmed)
- Additional asset types based on network requirements
- Enhanced functionality beyond original implementations
STAKING VS MINING CLARIFICATION
A detailed announcement will be published the First week of October or sooner, which will clarify the distinction between Satori 1.0's approach and a typical (industry standard) staking platform implementation. Users will maintain the option to run personal neurons for maximum rewards while having access to simplified staking alternatives.
API SERVICE ARCHITECTURE
The new API system incorporates authentication mechanisms providing tiered access to on-chain and off-chain systems. This infrastructure is critical for Marketplace functionality and third-party development.

- Authenticated endpoints for security-critical operations
- Comprehensive documentation for developer integration
- Premium endpoints requiring SATORI token payment (proceeds to Association Treasury)

DEVELOPER ECOSYSTEM
Official Apps Channel
A curated channel featuring applications built on Satori technology. Initial releases will include Echelon's third-party applications as reference implementations. All listed applications will undergo security review to prevent malicious code distribution.
Corporate Integration
Echelon will migrate existing corporate accounts to the community-driven infrastructure, providing enterprise use cases and best practices documentation.
Developer Incentives
Substantial bounty programs for community developers, covering both core Satori development and corporate project implementations. This provides developers with a choice between open-source contributions and commercial opportunities.
MARKETPLACE INFRASTRUCTURE
The marketplace enables listing and selling of predictions, along with payment for predictive AI services. This aligns with the original project vision while introducing new tokenomic mechanisms:
- Percentage of sales redistributed through tokenomics
- Increased rewards for Oracle and Prediction engine operators
- Integration with broader DeFi ecosystem
PAYMENT GATEWAY INTEGRATION
Echelon will deploy payment gateway infrastructure supporting:
- WooCommerce plugin
- Shopify integration
- WHMCS module
- Hostbill support

Asset Manager

Centralized deployment and management platform for multiple neuron operations. Provides a simplified interface for both technical and non-technical users to manage their neuron infrastructure.
GOVERNANCE & ASSOCIATION RESTRUCTURING
The Association reorganization is targeting completion by January 2, 2026. Board members have been selected from long-standing community members familiar with both original and evolved project visions. Current operations already reflect planned governance structure.
